Payment Links

Payment links, an innovative tool that allows businesses to submit payment requests through a simple web link, are transforming the way transactions are conducted. These links provide a simpler, faster, and more secure checkout experience, eliminating the need for complex websites or complicated integrations.

Create a payment link

To add a new payment link go to the Payment Links section and click on the "New payment link" button, this will open a new screen where you must register the minimum data required to register a new payment link.

The minimum data required are:

• Alias: Easier identification of the payment link

• Country: Country from which payments will be made

• Currency: Local currency with which payments will be made

• Link type: Yes, it is a link that can only be paid for once or if it will be recurring

• Customer data: Ask at checkout for the details of the customer making the payment or if they are captured during the registration of the payment link

• Products: The product(s) for which payment is being made

There is also an "Advanced Options" setting:

• Payment period: If the payment link has an effective date so that it can be paid

• Shipping cost: If required to add shipping costs to the final amount of the payment link

• Discount: If a discount amount is required to be added to the final amount of the payment link

• Customize payment methods: If the merchant has more than one payment method and you want to limit the link to only paying with one in particular

• Register taxes: Added taxes to the final amount of the payment link are required

• Successful payment URL: After the user makes the payment, the user would be redirected to the URL that is otherwise defined, one is used by default.

Disable and/or enable payment links

If you need to disable a payment link, go to the list of payment links you have registered and use the switch displayed above each registration to change their status, you will be asked to confirm this action.

Delete payment links

If you need to delete a payment link, go to the list of payment links you have registered and use the delete button displayed above each registration to delete it, you will be asked to confirm this action.

Filter payment links

If you need to search for one or more payment links from the list, use the filters that are available:

• Name

• Currency

• Type

• Status

• Enabled

• Date
