Reports

To access this section, go to the “Reports” menu option. In this section, you will get a comprehensive view of your business’s performance, with information such as: Sales, Refunds, and Payment status.

Filters section

At the top are the filters (date, frequency, provider, and currency), which will help you find precise information.

Date filter

Displays a calendar with a date range from the current month to the current day, with future days disabled.


Frequency filter

Displays a combo box with options (daily, monthly, yearly). By default, yearly is selected for very large date ranges; if the range is less than two years, you can select monthly or yearly, and if the range is less than a month, you can select daily, monthly, and yearly.

Provider filter

Displays a combo box with the configured providers (the visible name of the provider corresponds to its alias).


Currency filter

Displays a combo box with the currencies in which orders have been placed. If there are no orders yet, the currency of the country of the business will be considered.

Sales

  • Conversion rate: Percentage of orders completed or refunded relative to the total created.

  • Revenue: Orders completed or refunded.

  • Quantity: Total number of orders completed or refunded.

  • Average ticket: Average amount per order completed or refunded.

Charts

Show information about the business operations’ performance over time.

  • Total sales: Represents the number of completed or refunded orders.

  • Total Revenue: Represents the amount of completed or refunded orders.

Refunds

  • Refund rate: Percentage of refunded payments relative to completed ones.

  • Expenses: Total amount of refunds made.

  • Totals: Number of refunded payments.

  • Average Cost: Average refunded amount per payment.

  • Total refunds: Represents the number of refunded payments.

  • Amount: Represents the total amount of refunds made.

Payment status

  • Total: Number of payments made.

  • Acceptance: Number of accepted payments (completed).

  • Declines: Total number of rejected payments (not completed).

  • Errors: Total number of payments with an error.

  • Declines: Total number of declined payments.

  • Temporary rejections: Total number of temporarily rejected payments (which could be accepted upon retry).

  • Hard Declines: Total number of permanently rejected payments (which would be rejected despite retries).

  • Risk Reasons: Total number of payments rejected for fraud, theft, unauthorized use, etc.

Charts

Show information about the business operations’ performance over time

  • Acceptance Rate: Represents the number of accepted payments (completed) along with its percentage.

  • Acceptance rate by supplier: Represents the percentage of accepted payments broken down by providers.

  • Reasons for rejection: Represents the percentage of payment rejection reasons.

  • Rejection rate by supplier: Represents the percentage of rejected payments broken down by providers.

Components Ordering

In each of the subsections (Sales, Refunds, Payment Status) of the Reports screen, you can edit the position of the indicators and graphs that are displayed on the screen and/or remove them.

To do this, you must click on the “Edit” button and begin dragging and dropping the components where you want them to be positioned on your dashboard.

Once you have finished setting up your dashboard, you will need to click the “Save” button.

If you removed any component, you can add it later by clicking the “Add chart” button.
