To enter this section, go to the "Reports" menu option. In this section you will get a comprehensive view of the behavior of your business, with information such as: sales, returns and payment status.

Filters section

At the top are the filters (date, frequency, provider and currency), which will help you find accurate information.


Date filter

Displays a calendar with a starting date range from the current month to the current day, subsequent days are disabled.


Frequency filter

Display a combo with the options (daily, monthly, yearly), in order to visualize periods of very large dates, annual will be selected by default, if the range is less than two years you can select monthly or yearly, if the range is less than one month, you can select the daily, monthly and annual frequency.


Provider filter

Displays a combo with the providers (providers alias).


Currency filter

Deploys a combo with the coins on which orders have been placed. If there are still no orders, the currency of the country of trade will be taken into account.


Filter Payments (unique/non-unique)

A checkbox is displayed, being deactivated, shows the information about all the vendors for whom the same payment was processed or attempted to be processed. Otherwise (when active), it is considered only the last processed provider.



The indicators are small cards with information about sales, returns, and payment statuses.


  • Conversion rate: The percentage of completed orders (completed or refunded) in relation to the total orders created.

  • Revenue: Orders that have been completed (completed or refunded).

  • Quantity: Total number of orders completed (completed or refunded).

  • Average ticket: Average amount per order reached on term (completed or refunded).



  • Refund rate: Percentage of payments refunded in relation to those completed.

  • Expenses: Total amount of refunds made.

  • Totals: Amount of payments refunded.

  • Average Cost: Average amount reimbursed per payment.


Payment status

  • Total: Number of payments made.

  • Acceptance: Number of payments accepted (completed).

  • Declines: Total number of declined (uncompleted) payments.

  • Errors: Total number of payments with some error.

  • Declines: Total number of declined payments.

  • Temporary declines: Total number of payments temporarily declined (which could be accepted upon retry).

  • Hard Declines: The total number of payments that were definitively declined (which would be rejected despite running retries).

  • Risk Reasons: Total number of payments declined for a reason related to fraud, theft, unauthorized use, etc.



They show information about the behavior of trade operations over time.

  • Total sales: Represents the number of completed (completed or refunded) orders.

  • Total Revenue: Represents the amount of completed (completed or refunded) orders.


  • Total refunds: Represents the number of payments refunded.

  • Amount: Represents thetotal amount of refunds made.


  • Acceptance Rate: Represents the number of payments accepted (completed) along with the percentage of the same. 

  • Acceptance rate by supplier: Represents by percentages the amount of payments accepted (completed) broken down by suppliers.


  • Reasons for rejectionRepresents the percentage of the reasons for payment declines.

  • Rejection rate by supplier: Represents by percentages the number of rejected payments broken down by suppliers.
